摘　　要：目的:评价陕西省基层医疗机构药师对实施国家基本药物制度的认知态度,为进一步完善国家基本药物制度提供证据支持。方法:利用自行设计的自填式问卷,定量研究基层医疗机构药师对国家基本药物制度的认知与态度。结果:发放问卷211份,回收211份,其中有效问卷179份,有效回收率84.8%。基层医疗机构药师对实施国家基本药物制度的认知与态度均处于中等水平;对国家基本药物制度正式实施时间的认知度最好,而对基本药物目录调整时间的认知最差;受访者最认同"实施国家基本药物制度能够促进临床合理用药",最不认同"医务人员的收入会受影响"这一说法。结论:基层医疗机构药师需要进一步提高实施国家基本药物制度的认知度。政府应加强针对基层药师的培训,医疗机构也应定期开展相关培训和宣传活动。未来研究还应深入探究基层药师对于基本药物制度的满意度水平,为进一步完善该项制度提供决策支持。Objective： To evaluate the perception of the implementation of National Essential Medicine System（NEMS） among pharmacists from primary health-care institutions in Shaanxi Province, in order to provide supporting evidence for further improvement of the NEMS. Methods： A closed self-designed questionnaire was used to quantitatively evaluate the cognition and attitude of pharmacists in primary health-care institutions towards the implementation of NEMS. Results： A total of 211 questionnaires were distributed, and 211 were recovered, among which 179 were valid. The valid recovery rate was 84.8%. The cognition and attitude of pharmacists on the implementation of NEMS were both at the moderate level; the cognition level of the formal implementation time was the best while that of the adjustment time of National Essential Medicine List was the worst; the most agreed was that the implementation of NEMS could promote rational drug use and the least agreed was that the income of medical staff would be affected. Conclusion： The cognition of pharmacists from primary health-care institutions on the implementation of NEMS needs to be further improved. Government should conduct more training for pharmacists in primary health-care institutions and medical institutions should also carry out regular promotion activities. Future researches are needed to explore the satisfaction of pharmacists to provide evidence for further improvement of the implementation of NEMS.
