摘　　要：目的:从我国执业药师现状和旧版《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》存在的不足出发,多方面剖析2015年新版《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》。方法:依据国家食品药品监督管理总局执业药师资格认证中心最新数据和相关文献,对新旧两版《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》和教材进行对比研究,分析2015年《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》改版的意义,并对其今后的进一步完善提出建议。结果与结论:我国执业药师注册地区和领域不均、执业水平不高以及旧版《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》存在不足。2015年1月公布的《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》与往年相比出现了大幅修订。这种变化与执业药师的定位—药学服务型专业人才更加相符,也有利于执业药师指导民众安全合理用药。但是,新版《国家执业药师资格考试大纲》在岗位针对性、考试形式等方面还需进一步完善。Objective： Based on the status of licensed pharmacists in China and the existing problems in the old version of the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam, the new version of the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam released in 2015 was analyzed in many aspects. Methods： According to the latest data and related documents of the CFDA Center for Qualification of Licensed Pharmacists, the new and the old versions of the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam and teaching materials were comparatively studied, the significance of the revision of the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam in 2015 was analyzed, and suggestions were put forward for further improvement in the future. Results and Conclusion： In China, there is imbalance in the registration regions and fields of licensed pharmacists, the professional level is not high and the old version needs to be improved. the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam released in January 2015 has substantial revisions compared to those in previous years. This change is more consistent with the positioning of licensed pharmacists, pharmacy service professionals, and is helpful for licensed pharmacists to guide safe and rational drug use to the public. However, the new version of the Outline for National Licensed Pharmacists Exam still needs to be further improved in terms of the post pertinence and the test form.
