摘　　要：目的了解湖南某高校在校医学生宿舍寝具尘螨孳生情况。方法 2015年6月上旬,运用透明胶纸法查某院校280名学生寝具上的尘螨,共采集样本960件,显微镜检查计数,运用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果女生宿舍寝具尘螨检出率为73.19%(437/597),男生寝具检出率为76.86%(279/363),差异无统计学意义(P>0.1);男生寝具平均尘螨密度(7.43±0.27)只/cm2,女生寝具则为(7.61±0.60)只/cm2,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经常洗晒寝具检出率为69.57%(48/69),不常洗晒寝具检出率为70.75%(104/147),差异无统计学意义(P>0.75);常洗晒寝具平均螨密度(3.01±0.74)只/cm^2,不常洗晒寝具为(3.28±0.52)只/cm^2,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尘螨在学生寝室床铺上普遍存在,男女生差异无统计学意义;梅雨季节洗晒寝具对尘螨孳生无影响。Objective To understand the growth and distribution of dust mites on bedding in dorms of a university. Methods A total of 960 samples from some bedding in the dorms of a university were collected with the adhesivetape technique in June（plum rainy season）, 2015, and the slides were observed with microscopy and the dust mites were counted. All the results were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0. Results The detection rate of dust mites was 73.19%（437/597） on the bedding of coedna dorms while it was 76.86%（ 279 / 363） on the bedding of male student dorms, and the difference between them was not statistically significant（P〉0.1）. The average density of dust mites was 7.43±0.27 /cm2 on the bedding of the boy student dorms while it was 7.61±0.60 /cm2 on the bedding of coedna dorms（P〉0.05）. The detection rate of dust mites was 69.57%（48/69） in the case of washing and basking bedding frequently while it was 70.75%（104/147）occasionally（P〉0.75）. The average density of dust mites was 3.01±0.74 /cm2 in the case of washing and basking bedding frequently while it was 3.28±0.52 /cm2 occasionally（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dust mites widely exist on the bedding of the student dorms, and there are no statistically significant differences between female and male dorms. Washing and basking the bedding have no effect on dust mites breeding situation during the plum rainy season.
