摘 要:借鉴大气环境中暖湿气流和冷空气交汇形成降水的原理,开展了在湿法脱硫净烟气中注入适量湿空气促进细颗粒物(PM_2. 5)凝结长大脱除的研究,数值计算了脱硫净烟气与湿空气混合后的水汽过饱和度及可凝结水汽量分布特性.采用实际燃煤试验平台,在脱硫净烟气中添加湿空气来建立细颗粒凝结长大所需的过饱和水汽环境,考察了湿空气温湿度、添加量和脱硫净烟气温度等对细颗粒物脱除的影响.结果表明:添加适量湿空气可有效促进湿法脱硫净烟气中PM_2. 5脱除,混合气体过饱和度、可凝结水汽量随烟气与湿空气的相对湿度的升高及二者温差的增大逐渐增加;脱除效率随烟气温度的上升以及湿空气添加量和相对湿度的增加而增加,因此添加湿空气的方式特别适合于脱硫净烟气温度较高(≥55~60℃)的场合.Based on the principle of rainfall formation by the mixture of warm wet air flowand cold air in atmospheric environment,an investigation was conducted on promoting the growth and removal of fine particle( PM_2. 5) by adding moderate humid air into wet desulfurized flue gas. The degree of water vapor supersaturation and the amount of condensable water vapor distribution after mixing the desulfurized flue gas and humid air were calculated numerically. Supersaturated water vapor environment of fine particle growth was established by adding humid air into desulfurized flue gas on the actual coal-fired experimental platform. The influences of the temperature and relative humidity,the addition of humid air and the desulfurized flue gas temperature on fine particle removal were analyzed. The results showthat PM_2. 5 in the desulfurized flue gas can be removed effectively by adding moderate humid air. The degree of the mixed flue gas supersaturation and the amount of condensable water vapor increase with the increase of the relative humidity of flue gas and humid air and the temperature difference between these two. The removal efficiency of fine particles increases with the increase of the desulfurized flue gas temperature and the addition and relative humidity of humid air. It would be appropriate by adding humid air while the desulfurized flue gas temperature is higher( ≥55to 60 ℃).
