长江口疏浚淤沙制作工程预制品的示范生产与应用

摘　　要：以横沙东滩促淤圈围项目为工程背景,就地利用长江口疏浚淤沙作为骨料,开发用于促淤圈围工程的扭王块和护坡块体等工程预制品。示范生产和应用结果表明,以淤沙为原材料生产工程预制品,技术上可行,生产成本低,且混凝土工程预制品的强度和耐久性都符合工程要求。Taking Hengsha East Shoal promoting sedimentation and land reclamation project as the background and using of the Yangtze River Estuary dredged silt as aggregate, the wrest block and revetment block engineering prefab products are developed. The demonstration production and application results show that using dredged silt as raw materials to product engineering prefab products is technically feasible, which has low production cost, and the strength and durability of engineering products can meet the engineering requirements.
