摘  要:以安装在输水管路上的梭式止回阀为主要研究对象,运用Fluent软件对梭式止回阀和旋启式止回阀的开启过程进行数值模拟,通过压降得出两种阀的流阻系数,与旋启式止回阀相比,梭式止回阀的流阻系数偏大,能量损失较多,并简要从流场和阀结构方面进行了分析;通过对梭式止回阀的速度矢量图,湍动能云图等的分析,找出其产生喷流噪声、涡流噪声和湍流噪声的原因和位置;并对梭式止回阀进行泄漏量试验,表明梭式止回阀的安全性和密封性均符合工作要求。Based on the shuttle check valve installed in the water pipe road as the main research object,using the Fluent software to make numerical simulation for the opening process of the shuttle check valve and swing check valve,it gets the flow resistance coefficients through the pressure drop of two kinds of valve,compared with the swing check valve,the flow resistance coefficient of shuttle check valve is larger and of more energy loss,and briefly analyzes flow field and the valve structure;according to the analysis of velocity vector diagram and the turbulent kinetic energy contour of the shuttle valve,finds out the formation cause and the location of jet noise,current noise and the turbulent noise;the shuttle check valve leak-test shows that its safety and sealing are conform to the requirements of the job.
