摘 要:考虑到滚动轴承结构的复杂性,为了便于分析,现有故障分析模型引入了过多假设,并无法真实滚子与滚道故障区域之间的作用机理以及滚子的运动状态。为了弥补这一不足,针对圆柱滚子轴承支撑旋转机械系统,以Gupta模型为基础建立高效实用的故障轴承系统动力学模型。在该模型中,放弃以往模型中滚子匀速公转假设,考虑滚子与滚道之间的滑动作用,以及各部件的重力和离心力等因素的影响,并引入半正弦函数描述轴承内滚道和外滚道局部故障,最后采用变步长龙格-库塔方法进行求解,分析了滚道故障对轴承振动特性和滚子运动特性的影响规律,为圆柱滚子轴承故障诊断提供了理论依据。Considering the complexity of rolling element bearings,more hypothesis are supplied in the previous fault models for the easy analysis,the mechanisms for rollers and defective raceways and motions of rollers are obtained in practical. In order to remedy the shortcoming,an efficient dynamic model is developed based on Gupta's model constructed for the cylindrical roller bearing system. In this model,the assumption of constant orbit speed in the past models is abandoned,the effects of the slip between rollers and raceways,gravity forces and centrifugal forces are also considered,and a half-sine function is used to described the localized defect on the inner raceway and outer raceway,and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta integration method with variable steps is used to obtain the analysis results. The rules for the effects of the defective raceways on the vibration character and rollers' motion are investigated,which provide the theory base for bearing condition monitoring and defect failure diagnosis.
