摘  要:针对冷镦机床身的拓扑优化在剔除材料的同时削弱了床身的整体力学性能,提出在冷镦机床身结构拓扑优化后的再设计孔洞区域进行形状优化,即以床身多约束拓扑优化后的再设计孔洞,作为形状优化的设计变量,建立多边界的形状优化模型;描述了形状优化中的Laplacian光顺算法,构建了冷镦机床身再设计孔洞的形状优化过程,并在Abaqus中分别实现了某型号冷镦机床身再设计后单一孔洞和多孔洞的形状优化,分析了不同优化结果对床身整体性能的影响,验证了所提出方法的有效性。Considering that mechanical property of cold heading machine bed is weakened due to the delimitated material after topology optimization, a method of shape optimization is put forward in which the redesigned holes after topology optimization are set as design variables and a multi-boundary shape optimization model is constructed. Constrained Laplacian mesh smoothing algorithm in shape optimization is described and the process of shape optimization is built. By helps of Abaqus,shape optimization of the redesigned single and multi hole in a type of cold heading machine bed is respectively realized,and the effect of different optimized results on the overall mechanical property of the bed is analyzed to testify the effectiveness of the method.
