摘 要:注塑机是加工塑料制品的重要机械设备,随着塑料行业的发展,对生产的塑料制品的各方面质量要求越来越高,注塑机的生产能力也亟需加强。为了对注塑机的控制算法和控制性能进行研究,搭建了基于AMESim和Lab VIEW以及RT芯片加上FPGA作为控制器原型的注塑机半实物仿真系统,旨在缩短控制器开发的周期,减少硬件开发当中的损耗,并且更好的验证控制算法。通过实验验证了平台的运行效果,证明了该方案的可行性,为注塑机的控制系统开发提供了新的思路。Injection molding machine is one of the important mechanical equipment processing plastic products,with the development of plastic industry,the production of plastic products of various aspects quality requirements more and more high,injection molding machine production capacity also needs to strengthen. In order to research on the control algorithm and control performance of the injection molding machine,set up based on AMESim and Lab VIEW RT and FPGA chip as a controller and hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of prototype injection molding machine,to shorten the controller development cycle,reduce the loss of hardware development,and validation of the control algorithm is better. The operation of the platform is verified by experiment effect,prove the feasibility of the scheme,for injection molding machine control system development provides a new train of thought.
