摘　　要：实脾法是根据肝脾相关理论确立的治疗方法,是治疗肝病的一个重要治则。基于肝脾相关理论并综合诸多医家对实脾法的认识,作者认为实脾法应包括益气补脾、清热化湿、芳香运脾三个方面,该认识对慢性肝病的治疗具有一定的临床意义。The method of invigorating spleen is based on the treatment of established liver- spleen correlation theory,which is an important treatment of liver disease. Through the consult massive literature synthesizing many physicians,we regard the method of invigorating spleen include the method of supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen,the method of clearing heat and resolving dampness and the method of activating spleen,etc. It can improve the curative effect and provide the scientific basis.
