益气温阳法治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气温阳法治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入条件的过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和安慰剂组,治疗组予彭顺林教授自拟方摄涕止鼽汤,对照组予安慰剂。结果:治疗组近期总有效率为90%,且优于安慰剂组的20%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:以摄涕止鼽汤为代表的益气温阳法对变应性鼻炎疗效佳,且安全,有重要临床意义。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of tonifying Qi and warming Yang therapy for lung and kidney Yang deficiency type of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Allergic rhinitis patients conforming to the conditions were divided into the treatment group and the placebo group randomly. The treatment group was given Relieving Snot and Controlling Sneeze Decoction while the placebo group given placebo. Results： Treatment group＇ s total effective rate was 90% and better than the placebo group＇ s20%,P 0. 05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The tonifying Qi and warming Yang therapy represented by Relieving Snot and Controlling Sneeze Decoction has a good effect on allergic rhinitis and security and has important clinical significance.
