“益肾疏肝汤”联合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"益肾疏肝汤"联合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁证临床疗效。方法:卵巢早衰中医辨证肾虚肝郁证患者96例,治疗组62例,对照组34例。两组均采用口服补佳乐加黄体酮胶丸人工周期疗法治疗,治疗组同时口服"益肾疏肝汤"中药方剂。3个月1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后中医证候积分改变、血清FSH、E2水平改变及安全性指标。结果:两组治疗后治疗组中医证候平均改善率66.20%,对照组43.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、E2水平均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率74.19%,对照组总有效率52.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"益肾疏肝汤"联合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁证疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tonifying Kidney and Soothing Liver Decoction combined with artificial cycle methods in the treatment of deficiency kidney and depressed liver syndrome of premature ovarian failure. Methods： 96 cases of POF who were deficiency kidney and depressed liver syndrome were divided into 62 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group. The two groups were both treated with oral progynova plus progesterone soft capsules of artificial cycle methods,oral administration of Tonifying Kidney and Soothing Liver Decoction in the treatment group. It had two periods of treatment,one period of treatment including 3 months. We observed the general curative effect of the disease before and after treatment in two groups,the effect of TCM symptoms,the change of Follicle- stimulating Hormone（ FSH） and other changes of physical and chemical indicators. Results： After the treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 66. 20% and the control group＇ s was43. 09%. The two groups before and after treatment had statistically comparative difference（ P〈0. 05）. FSH and E2 levels were both improved after treatment and the two groups before and after treatment had statistically comparative difference（ P〈0. 05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 74. 19% and the control group＇ s was 52. 84%. The two groups before and after treatment had statistically comparative difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Tonifying Kidney and Soothing Liver Decoction combined with artificial cycle methods in the treatment of kidney deficiency and depressed liver syndrome of premature ovarian failure is exact.
