石学敏对十二经所过之痛证的治疗思路浅析

摘　　要：针灸治痛在临床中广为应用。石学敏院士通过对古医籍的诠释,对于《灵枢·经脉》病候中所记载的痛证进行了大量的临床研究,文章仅就《灵枢经》所记载的十二经所过,经筋循行所过及十二经筋附着所结痛证加以详细描述,并总结其基本病机为:经气逆乱,气血瘀阻,经筋失养。其治则为:调神醒脑,疏通经脉,祛瘀止痛。导师对于十二经所过痛证的针刺治疗方案为调神、镇痛、辨证施针三者配合,缺一不可。并规范手法取穴,临床应用广泛。Acupuncture treating pain is widely used in clinic. According to interpretation of the ancient medical books,Academician SHI Xuemin performed numerous clinical studies in the symptoms of pain that were recorded in Lingshu·Meridians. The symptom of pain caused by the accumulation of Qi in the pathway of twelve meridians and their attached node in Lingshu would be described in details in our paper. Its basic pathogenesis was summarized as the dysfunction of meridian,Qi stagnation and aponeurotic system dystrophy. The guideline of treatment was to regulate spirit,clear the meridians,remove blood stasis and relieve pain. Our tutor has finished the acupuncture treatment program that can stop the pain caused by twelve meridians. He thinks it is indispensable to put regulating spirit,analgesia and needle usage in syndrome differentiation together. He also makes the standardization of chose acupoints by manipulation. The methods are introduced generally into clinical application.
