摘　　要：雷公藤是一种临床上常用的具有多种药理作用的中药。近年来,随着对雷公藤及其衍生物的不断深入研究,发现其不再局限于治疗风湿免疫病,雷公藤相关制剂已被广泛应用到多种皮肤科疾病的治疗上。银屑病、荨麻疹、红斑狼疮、面部激素依赖性皮炎等皮肤病都是雷公藤制剂的常见适应证。虽然雷公藤含有多种药理成分、疗效显著,但因其潜在的肝肾不良反应,极大地限制了在临床的广泛运用。因此,深入对雷公藤及相关制剂进行化学结构修饰,使其减毒增效,深入挖掘在皮肤科的临床运用价值,以最大程度发挥其药理作用,对于临床指导皮肤科用药具有极大意义。文章综述了雷公藤及其衍生物在皮肤疾病中的研究进展。Tripterygium wilfordii is a kind of widely- used Chinese medicine with several pharmacological effects. In recent years,with the continuous deep research on Tripterygium wilfordii and its derivatives,it has been found that indications of Tripterygium wilfordii and its derivatives are not restricted to autoimmune rheumatic diseases,they can also be used to treat various dermatosis. Psoriasis,urticarial,lupus erythematosus and facial hormone- dependent dermatitis all belong to the common indications of Tripterygium wilfordii preparations. Although Tripterygium wilfordii contains various pharmaceutical components and has obvious effects,its underlying liver and kidney side effects have largely restricted its wide application. Therefore,deep modification of the chemical structures of Tripterygium wilfordii preparations help to reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy and digging deep into its applying value in dermatology to exert pharmacological effects,leading to the guidance of clinical medication. This article has reviewed the research advance of Tripterygium wilfordii and its derivatives in dermatosis.
