摘　　要：心肌缺血为冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死等多种疾病的共同病理生理机制。针刺疗法以其操作简便、起效迅速以及无不良反应等优势已广泛运用于心肌缺血的临床防治。由于从基因水平、转录水平、蛋白水平以及代谢水平研究生物总体性质的特点,能全面、动态地反映针刺作用于机体的各个起效环节,故近年来从不同水平或层次对针刺改善心肌缺血的作用规律与生物机制的研究已经在国内外开展起来。文章对针刺改善心肌缺血在基因、转录、蛋白、代谢等多个水平的机制进行了深入探讨,提炼出针刺治疗心肌缺血的作用靶点,为以后的科研以及临床医生的诊疗提供思路。Myocardial ischemia（ MI） is the common pathophysological mechanism for coronary heart disease,angina,myocardial infarction and so on. Acupuncture is widely used in clinical treatment of MI for its simple operation,rapid effect and no atoxic side effect. Because at the genetic level,transcription level,protein level and metaboilic level biological overall properties can be studied at different molecular levels,dynamically reflect various parts about the effects of acupuncture. In recent years,the research on the mechanism of acupuncture improving MI at different levels has flourished in thedomestic and overseas. After studying at the different molecular levels,the mechanism of MI with acupuncture treatment has been discussed in this paper,extracting therapeutic targets and providing the information for clinicians.
