摘　　要：总结近3年来国内外针刺治疗原发性高血压病的研究文献,分别从临床、基础研究方面进行分析,重点介绍针刺临床疗效的特点。资料研究显示,针刺治疗原发性高血压有确切疗效,尤其是即刻效应,长期进行针刺治疗,可有长期稳定血压的作用,相对于药物治疗,针刺治疗不良反应少,安全性高,且能有效控制血压的晨峰现象,能有效改善血压昼夜节律。但在高血压的远期疗效、控制率、稳定率方面,并没有与西药进行确切比较,而且设计、操作质量较低,难以客观评价。因此,今后需开展大样本量、多中心、随机对照的循证医学研究以及基础实验研究,为针刺治疗原发性高血压病的临床运用提供更多的可靠参考证据。The research literature on treating primary hypertension with acupuncture is summed up from the perspective of clinical and basic research respectively and the clinical effects of acupuncture are introduced as key points. Materials research shows that acupuncture treatment of primary hypertension is practically effective,particularly in terms of immediate effect. Long-term acupuncture treatment may stabilize the blood pressure for a long time. Compared with drug therapy,acupuncture treatment enjoys fewer complications and high degree of security,effectively controls the morning peak of blood pressure and effectively improves the circadian rhythms of blood pressure. However,in terms of the long- term therapeutic effect,control rate and stabilization rate,there is no accurate comparison between this treatment and the western treatment and the design and operation quality are low,making it hard to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effects. Therefore,large- sample,multi- center and random- control evidence- based medical researches and basic experimental researches should be conducted in the future to provide more reliable references for clinically treating primary hypertension with acupuncture.
