摘 要:以正硅酸四乙脂(TEOS)为硅源,采用二步水热晶化方法合成了表面富钛分子筛CT-1,并采用多种分析手段分析表征其物化性质,以苯酚羟基化作为探针反应评价了其催化性能。结果表明,采用二步水热晶化方法所合成的表面富钛分子筛CT-1的物化性质基本与常规钛硅分子筛TS-1的一致,但CT-1的钛物种主要以骨架钛的形式集中分布在其颗粒表层,颗粒尺寸比TS-1的也有所增加。在催化苯酚羟基化反应中,CT-1具有较高的催化活性,且目的产物对苯二酚的选择性也较高。Titanium silicalite with Ti species concentrated on surface (CT-1) was prepared via two-step hydrothermal crystallization method with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as Si source, and characterized by various techniques. Its catalytic performance was also tested by using probe reaction of phenol hydroxylation with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. As shown from the characterization results, on one hand, CT-1 had almost the same physical-chemical properties as those of TS-1, on the other hand, the Ti species in CT-1 were mainly on its surface with tetra- coordination, and the particle size of CT-1 was larger than that of TS-1. CT-1 showed good catalytic activity in phenol hydroxylation and the hydroquinone selectivity was high.
