摘  要:对桦甸、抚顺、窑街等油页岩(R)进行HCl/HF/HNO_3酸洗脱灰制取干酪根(K),并采用元素分析及XRD方法确定干酪根样品的合理性,然后采用TG和FT-IR方法对干酪根、蒙脱石以及不同比例掺混样进行裂解实验,并对数据进行定性及定量分析,从而确定蒙脱石热反应性及蒙脱石对干酪根热解反应性的影响。结果表明,干酪根掺混蒙脱石热裂解时,蒙脱石不改变干酪根热解挥发分组成成分,但会影响挥发分产率。蒙脱石与干酪根掺混质量比即蒙干比r=2时,蒙脱石的催化作用最强,3个地区干酪根热解挥发分的甲基产率均为最高,即间接导致产气率的增大。当r=1时,桦甸、抚顺干酪根热解挥发分亚甲基产率达到最大值,而窑街样品在r=2时达到最大值,间接导致产油率的增大。一方面,挥发分产率与干酪根本身大分子结构的复杂性和差异性有关,另一方面,同时受蒙脱石催化作用及吸附作用的影响。Huadian, Fushun, Yaojie kerogen obtained from relative oil shales by HC1/HF/HNOa treatment were characterized by ultimate analysis and XRD. Kerogen, smectite and their mixed samples with different ratios were investigated by TG and FT-IR to learn the smectite pyrolysis characteristics and the effect of smeetite on pyrolysis reactivity of kerogen. Results showed that smectite did not change the composition of kerogen pyrolysis volatilization component but influenced its yield. Methyl yield of kerogen pyrolysis volatilization was the highest when mixing ratio of smectite and kerogen was 2, meaning that the catalytic of smectite was the strongest and the production rate of gas increased. Meanwhile, the methylene yields of Huadian and Fushun kerogen pyrolysis volatilization were the highest when mixing ratio of smectite and kerogen was 1, but that of Yaojie kerogen was 2. On one hand, yield of volatilization is related to the complexity and difference of molecular structure of kerogen, on the other hand, it is also affected by the catalysis and adsorption of smectite.
