湿润烧伤膏治疗腋臭术后切口愈合不良的疗效体会

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏治疗腋臭术后切口愈合不良的疗效。方法将汕头市中心医院2010年1月-2014年6月收治的22例(31处)腋臭术后切口愈合不良患者随机分为湿润烧伤膏组(16处)和碘伏组(15处),湿润烧伤膏组患者采用外科清创联合湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,每日1次;碘伏组患者采用外科清创联合碘伏纱布包扎换药治疗,每日1次,对比观察两组患者换药时的疼痛情况及切口愈合时间。结果湿润烧伤膏组患者的切口平均愈合时间为7.375 d±1.586 d,碘伏组患者的切口平均愈合时间为9.267 d±1.624 d,两组对比,P=0.003,差异具有统计学意义;湿润烧伤膏组患者换药时有9例无疼痛、7例轻微疼痛,碘伏组患者换药时有2例无疼痛、12例轻微疼痛、1例中度疼痛,两组对比,P=0.02,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏对腋臭术后切口愈合不良的疗效显著,换药时的疼痛程度及创面愈合时间均优于碘伏组,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe curative effects of MEBO in the treatment of poor healing wound of bromhidrosis operation.Methods Twenty-two palients（31 wounds） with poor healing wound of bromhidrosis operation admitted into The Shantou Central Hospital between January 2010 and June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups;a MEBO group（16 wounds） and an iodophor group（15 wounds）.The MEBO group was treated with surgical debridement combined with MEBO dressing change,once per day;while the iodophor group was treated with surgical debridement combined with iodophor-gauze dressing change,also once per day.The pain situation and incision healing time in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The average incision healing lime in the MEBO group was 7.375 d ± 1.586 d and that of the iodine group was 9.267 d ± 1.624 d,showing statistically significant difference（P = 0.02）;during the dressing change,in the MEBO group,9 cases had no pain,7 cases had mild pain;in the iodophor group,2 cases had no pain,12 cases had mild pain and 1 case had moderate pain,and thus there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P = 0.02）.Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of poor healing wound of bromhidrosis operation can realize satisfying curative effects,with less pain and shorter incision healing time than the iodophor group,deserving to be promoted in clinic.
