论“炎-癌转化”的中医病因病机

摘　　要：慢性炎症恶性转化即非可控性炎症恶性转化是癌症发生发展的重要环节,是近几年西医研究的重点,尤其是针对其病理机制方面的研究多为国家自然科学基金重大研究项目。但目前中医学对"炎-癌转化"的研究涉猎甚少,其中医病因病机尚不明确,研究"炎-癌转化"的发生发展机制对阻断癌症的发展进程有重要意义。中医学认为,在疾病长期慢性发展过程中,正气亏虚是"炎-癌转化"的内在因素,正虚邪实是"炎-癌转化"的重要条件,而感受外邪、内伤七情、饮食劳倦及痰饮、瘀血等因素的影响,加速了"炎-癌转化"进展的过程,最终因本虚标实,气血阴阳失调,邪气内生,导致病邪久滞不去,湿热、痰浊、瘀血等病理产物积聚,变生恶病,发为肿瘤。The malignant transformation of chronic inflammation or the malignant transformation of nonresolving inflammation is an important link in tumor development,and it is a focus in the study of western medicine in recent years,especially for its pathological mechanism researches are all the Major research projects in the national natural science fund. But there are few researching of ＂inflammation-cancer transformation＂in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,and the etiology and pathogenesis in Chinese medicine are unknown. Researching in the mechanism of＂inflammation-cancer transformation＂makes great significance in blocking the process of cancer development. In TCM,it is considered that in the process of disease of chronic inflammation,deficiency of vital Qi is the intrinsic factor of disease developing and vital Qi deficiency while pathogenic Qi prevailing is the important condition of it. getting external evil,seven emotions stimulation,improper diet and overstrain and phlegm,blood stasis etc. may accelerate the progress of the disease,eventually leading to vital Qi deficiency while pathogenic Qi prevailing,imbalance of Yin and Yang and disorder of Qi and blood,evil Qi in growing,leading to harmful substance staying for a long time and pathological products such as damp and hot,phlegm-damp,blood stasis accumulating,then tumor comes into being.
