中医药与哮喘细胞外信号调节激酶通路的关联

摘　　要：细胞外信号调节激酶是一种传递丝裂原信号的信号转导蛋白,属于丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族重要成员,通过磷酸化激活该条信号通路从而参与调节细胞的增殖、分化等多种生物反应,并介导支气管哮喘气道炎症、气道高反应以及气道重塑等病理环节,且与中医药在发病条件及病理因素上相关联。中医药能够降低该蛋白的表达水平,抑制其磷酸化,从而治疗哮喘。Extracellular signal regulated kinase is a signal transduction protein to transfer mitogen signs,which belongs to mitogen-activated protein kinases. It can activate it＇s signal transduction pathway by phosphorylation and participate in controlling many kinds of cell biological processes,such as cell proliferation,differentiation and more,and take part in mediating bronchial asthma airway inflammation,airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling.what＇s more,this pathway is associated with traditional Chinese medicine in terms of inducing condition and pathological factors. Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce expression level of this protein and hold its phosphorylation to treat asthma.
