自体疣植入联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗扁平疣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自体疣植入联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将125例扁平疣患者随机分成治疗组80例和对照组45例,治疗组先行自体疣植入,后期使用Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光治疗;对照组单外用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率为81.0%,总有效率为97.5%,对照组痊愈率为44.0%,总有效率为75.5%,两组疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自体疣植入联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗扁平疣疗效好、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect in treatment of plane warts using autoimplantation technique and Q-switched 532 nm Nd：YAG laser in treating plane warts. Methods 125 cases of plane warts were randonmly divided into two group, the treatment group with 80 patients took autoimplantation technique and Q-switched 532 nm Nd：YAG laser in treating plane warts;45 Patients of control group took external use of imiquimod,to observe the clinical effect. Results the curative rate of treatment group was 81.0%,the effective rate was 97.5%,while the curative rate of control group was 44.0%,the effective rate was75.5%.compored the effect of two groups,the difference had statistical significance.（P 0.01） Conclusion Autoimplantation technique and Q-switched 532 nm Nd：YAG laser in treating plane warts has a remarkably effects,low recurrence rate,and worthy of clinical promotion.
