摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2脱硝催化剂,研究了反应温度对不同铈钛摩尔比催化剂脱硝效率的影响,以及负载10%CeO_2和3%Fe2O_3的催化剂的抗硫性能和抗钾、钠碱金属盐中毒性能。试验结果表明:CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2催化剂最佳反应温度为350℃;铁铈氧化物催化剂的最佳组分配比为CeO_2摩尔分数10%,Fe_2O_3摩尔分数3%,NO脱除率可达95.65%;10%-3%CeO_2-Fe_2O_3催化剂具有良好的抗硫性能;钾、钠碱金属盐对催化剂均有一定的毒化作用,但未对催化活性成分的晶相产生影响,只是削弱了活性成分与载体间的相互结合作用,且钾盐对催化剂活性的影响大于钠盐;钾、钠碱金属盐使催化剂中毒失活可能是由于催化剂NH3吸附能力下降,吸附量减少。The impregnation method was employed to prepare the CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2 catalyst and the influence of reaction temperature on denitrification efficiency of the CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2 catalyst with different amounts of CeO_2 was studied.Moreover,the SO_2 resistance and alkali metal poisoning resistance of the10%CeO_2,3%Fe_2O_3catalysts were investigated.The experimental results show that,the optimum reaction temperature for the CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2 catalyst is 350℃.The optimum proportion of iron cerium oxide catalyst is CeO_2 in 10%and Fe_2O_3 in 3%,with this proportion,the NO_ removal rate can reach up to 95.65%.The 10%-3%CeO_2-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2 catalyst has good performance of SO_2 resistance.The alkali metal(K,Na)salt has poisoned effect on the catalyst,but has no influence on the catalytic active ingredient of crystal phase,it just weakened the combination between the active ingredient and the carrier.The potassium salt has more significant influence than the sodium salt.The denitration performance degradation may be caused by the reduction in NH_3 adsorption ability.
