摘  要:为探究电站锅炉汽包水位的动态特性,使其在机组运行过程中能够保持在正常范围内,基于质量和能量守恒定律,应用系统动力学原理,以因果回路图和存量流量图为载体,从系统的运行机理出发,建立了汽包水位的系统动力学模型。并以河北清苑热电厂亚临界300MW机组锅炉为对象,在Vensim PLE环境下将所建模型与经典模型进行仿真对比分析。结果表明:汽包水位系统动力学模型与经典汽包水位模型仿真结果相近,且准确性较高;汽包水位系统动力学模型能够很好地表征系统内部的质量与能量的关系,具有适当的复杂度和层次清晰的结构。To investigate the dynamic characteristics of water level in utility boiler drums and keep the drum water level within its normal range,this paper established the system dynamic model for the drum water level by using the principle of system dynamics and taking causal loop diagrams and stock and flow diagrams as its carriers,based on the mass and energy conservation laws,from the working mechanism of the system based on the macroscopic angle.Using the operation data of Hebei Qingyuan Power Plant 300 MW subcritical drum boiler,the simulation was carried out in Vensim PLE environment.In addition,the system dynamic model was compared with the conventional model.The results show that the simulation results by the system dynamic model agree well with that of the conventional model,verifying the correctness of the proposed model.The system dynamic model can well represent the matter and energy relations within the system,and has appropriate complexity and clear structure.
