摘  要:在模拟燃用贵州六枝高硫煤的650,700℃下烟气/煤灰腐蚀环境中,对超超临界机组锅炉用HR3C钢进行了600h的烟气腐蚀试验。通过腐蚀动力学曲线、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、拉曼光谱(Raman)等研究了HR3C钢的高温烟气腐蚀行为及腐蚀产物生成机理。结果表明:随着温度升高,HR3C钢腐蚀速率加快;650℃腐蚀以高温氧化为主,基体表面形成一层致密的保护性氧化膜,其主要成分是Cr2O3与Fe2O3的混合物;温度升高至700℃,腐蚀产物由单层结构转化为双层结构,外层富含Fe,内层富含Cr;HR3C钢在700℃发生一定程度的低温热腐蚀,但腐蚀速率低于国外报道结果,仍具有良好的抗烟气腐蚀能力。The corrosion tests for HR3 Csteel used commonly in ultra supercritical unit boiler were carried out,in simulated flue/ash environments of firing high sulfur Liuzhi coal at 650 ℃ and 700 ℃.The fireside corrosion behavior and products formation mechanism were investigated,by corrosion kinetic curves,XRD,SEM,EDS and Raman analysis.The results indicate that,the fireside corrosion rate accelerated with the increasing temperature.The protective Cr_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3scales formed on the surface at 650 ℃.As the temperature increased,the structure of the oxide film varied from a single layer to double layers,with Fe rich in the outer layer and Cr rich in the inner layer.Low temperature hot corrosion occurred at 700 ℃,but the fireside corrosion rate was lower than the reported results.The HR3 Csteel had superior corrosion resistance at 700 ℃.
