摘 要:针对某电厂2台300MW和1台600MW机组锅炉运行中长期出现的燃烧器喷嘴下摆、再热器超温、减温水量大等问题,结合所燃用煤种热值低、水分高、灰分高的实际情况,提出了减少一部分再热器受热面积的改造方案。实际运行结果表明,改造后再热器减温水量减少,燃烧器喷嘴摆角在低负荷下也可摆到水平位置,在提高高压加热器解列、磨煤机停机等异常情况下锅炉带负荷能力的同时,降低了再热器受热面吹损的隐患,锅炉运行安全经济性明显提高。For a 600 MW and two 300 MW units pulverized coal boilers,the burners tilt down,and the temperature in reheater and the amount of desuperheater spray exceed their design value.Too much heating surface area caused heat deviation in the reheater was considered as the major reason,according to the coal characteristics(low heat calorific value,high moisture and ash content).Therefore,it is proposed to cut part of the heating area.The actual operation results show that the desuperheater spray amount decreased markedly and the burner tilt can also be placed in a horizontal position at low loads after the retrofitting.The retrofitting improved the loading capacity of boiler when high pressure heaters are separated and coal mills are stopped.The hidden troubles of heating surface corrosion were be reduced.The boilers' safety and economy is enhanced.
