摘  要:目的研究葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒液中和剂及其杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,选择该氯己定醇消毒液有效的中和剂,并对其杀菌效果进行观察。结果从6组中和剂中选出D/E中和剂肉汤作为该氯己定醇消毒液有效的中和剂用于杀菌试验。该复方消毒液含葡萄糖酸氯己定5.0 g/L与体积分数70%乙醇。用该复方消毒液原液的体积分数50%稀释液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用1.0 min,均可达到消毒合格要求。能量试验最低合格浓度每次均为该消毒液50%稀释液。结论 6组中和剂中仅D/E中和剂肉汤可中和该复方葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒液的残留作用,用于该消毒液杀菌和能量试验,证明其对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有快速杀灭效果。Objective To study the neutralizer and germicidal efficacy of chlorhexidine gluconate compound disinfectant solution,provide the basis for practical application. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to choose the effective neutralizer for of the disinfectant,and to observe the germicidal effect. Results D / E neutralizing broth was chosen from 6 groups of neutralizers as the effective neutralizer of the disinfectant,used in the sterilization experiment.The compound disinfectant containing chlorhexidine gluconate 5. 0 g / L and the volume fraction of 70% ethanol. The compound disinfectant volume fraction of 50% dilute effect within the suspension on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans 1. 0 min all qualified. Lowest energy test showed the qualified concentration were 50% of the disinfectant diluents. Conclusion In six groups of neutralizer,only D / E glucose acid neutralizer broth can counteract the compound chlorhexidine alcoholic disinfectant residual effect,which can be applied in germicidal and energy test. It is proved the disinfectant can quickly kill bacteria and fungi.
