摘 要:目的评价医院洁净手术室空气净化系统的技术性能及其对空气的净化效果,为洁净手术室的运行和管理提供理论依据。方法采用仪器法和细菌培养法,对南京市13家医院81间洁净手术室的洁净度及相关技术指标进行现场静态检测。结果南京市医院洁净手术室空气中浮游菌和表面细菌密度指标平均合格率分别为93.83%和92.59%。I级-IV级洁净手术室空气中尘埃粒子数指标平均合格率依次为26.67%、66.67%、84.78%和100%。微小气候中,噪声合格率最高为83.95%,换气次数和照度合格率较低,分别为55.56%和53.09%。结论南京市医院洁净手术室综合指标合格率均偏低,管理中存在明显薄弱环节,应进一步加强使用中洁净手术室管理力度。Objective To evaluate the air purification condition and enhance the inspection and management of clean operating rooms in Nanjing hospitals. Methods Instrument methods and bacterial culture methods were used to examine and assess the clean degree and related index of 81 clean rooms in 13 hospitals. Results The eligible rates of depositing bacterial concentration and the density of surface contaminating bacteria were 93. 83% and 92. 59%. The eligible rates of dust particle count in the air of I-IV grade clean operation room was 26. 67%,66. 67%,84. 78% and 100% respectively. In micro climate,the noise qualified rate was the highest,which was 83. 95%,the ventilation frequency rate and illumination rate were low,which was 55. 56% and 53. 09% respectively. Conclusion The qualified rate of the comprehensive index of the operation room is low. And the results indicate that there are still certain deficiencies in administration of clean operating rooms in some hospitals and more attention should be paid to the related specifications in running and management.
