阴道炎快速诊断试剂盒的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨需氧菌阴道炎(AV)/细菌性阴道病(BV)五项联合定性检测试剂盒(北京中生金域诊断技术有限公司,简称中生试剂盒)的临床应用。方法:2014年11月至2015年4月随机抽取12d,选择在北京大学第一医院妇科门诊就诊的404例患者,分别应用微生态检测方法、中生试剂盒进行常见阴道炎症的检测。结果:中生试剂盒与微生态镜检相比,符合率88.9%,kappa一致性为0.613。在BV的诊断方面,以Nugent评分作为诊断标准,中生试剂盒与Nugent评分的符合率为94.1%,在AV诊断方面,以微生态镜检作为诊断标准,中生试剂盒与微生态结果的符合率为93.1%。结论:中生试剂盒应用快速、简便,与微生态实验室报告相符率较好,适合临床应用。Objectives：To research the clinical application of aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit.Methods：404 patients in 12 random days from November 2014 to April 2015 were randomly selected.They were detected with the vaginal microenvironment evaluation and aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit.Results：Compared with vaginal microenvironment evaluation,the homology rate of aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit was 88.9%,kappa = 0.613.For BV diagnosis,compared with Nugent,the homology rate of aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit was 94.1%.For AV diagnosis,compared with vaginal microenvironment evaluation,the homology rate of aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit was 93.1%.Conclusions：The aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis detection kit is simple and convenient,which shows higher homology rate compared with the vaginal microenvironment evaluation and is worth clinical application.
