摘　　要：和普通青少年一样,残疾青少年也面临着各种性与生殖健康问题。残疾青少年性与生殖健康知识十分有限,性行为的发生率与普通青少年相比并无差异,在不安全的性行为特别是性侵犯方面有明显的易感性。他们面临着非意愿妊娠、性传播疾病(包括艾滋病)等不良生殖健康结局的威胁,虽然相关的数据报道较少,但已有证据证明残疾青少年在面临这些生殖健康结局时有多重的危险因素,这些不良结局给他们的身心健康带来了沉重的负担,并且残疾青少年对性与生殖健康教育及服务的需求往往得不到满足。残疾青少年性与生殖健康亟需国内外学者的关注和进一步研究。Young people with disabilities are faced with sexual and reproductive health（ SRH） problems as much as their peer without disabilities.Young people with disabilities have very limited SRH knowledge and similar incidence of sex behavior with young people without disabilities,but they are more vulnerable to unprotected sex,especially sexual violence.They are threatened by reproductive adverse health outcomes such as unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases（ including AIDS）.Although there are few data reports related to these adverse health outcomes,many studies have shown that young people with disabilities have multiple risk factors to unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases（ including AIDS） which lead heavy burden to their physical and mental health.The needs of young people with disabilities are not often met for SRH education and service.More attention and further studies are needed for the SRH of young people with disabilities.
