摘  要:介绍了翅片管的特点及其工程应用的必备条件。通过某企业溶剂脱硫装置再生塔重沸器的设计 ,在满足工艺要求的条件下 ,对比了光管和T型翅片管管内和管外的传热系数和热阻 ,得出T型翅片管总传热系数大、管壁过热温度低、总传热面积少、设备总耗材少。Features of finned tube and the necessary conditions for engineering application are introduced. Through the design of a reboiler of regeneration tower in solvent desulfurization unit, heat transfer coefficient and heat resistance inside and outside the tube of bare tube and T type finned tube have been compared in the conditions meeting the process requirements. The result shows that T type finned tube is characterized by high total heat transfer coefficient, low tube wall temperature differential, small total heat transfer area, less consumption of equipment material and a small land.
