摘　　要：哈尔滨城史纪元是哈尔滨城市发展史纪元的简称。从哈尔滨地区人口规模、古城性质、考古发现、道路交通、民族形态、商品经济、都市文明、地方文献及近代《黑龙江舆图》等方面的综合考察,哈尔滨这座城市早在金代就已经形成了具有古代城镇功能的城市。坐落在哈尔滨市阿城区的金上京会宁府遗址,就是哈尔滨古代都市文明的铁证。因此,金上京城的建置年代就是哈尔滨古代城史纪元的标志。The beginning era of the history of Harbin city refers to the beginning era of the development history of Harbin. Considering population size,characters of the ancient city,archeological discovery,roads,ethnic groups,commodity economy,urban civilization,local documents and modern ＂Maps of Heilongjiang River＂,Harbin has been,functionally speaking,a city since Jin Dynasty. The relics of Huining at Acheng are an evidence for the ancient urban civilization. The time when Shangjing was built is a mark for the beginning era of the ancient Harbin.
