摘 要:"传播力"指大众媒介进行信息传递、分享与互动的行为能力与传播效力。现援引这一概念,将高校教师的教育教学行为纳入社会传播的范畴重新考察,并提出高校教师的AE传播力模型。基于此模型,高校可以从传播主体身份的认知、传播内容优化、传播技术提升与传播效果考核等多方面提升高校教师的传播力,从而实现师生间较好的传播效果,保证高校的教学质量。Capacity of communication refers to the ability and effect of mass media when transmit and share information in the society. Now this concept is used to describe teachers' behaviors in universities and colleges,which should be reconsidered as a sort of social communication behavior. With the discipline of communication,the "AE"model should be put forward which means ability and effect. According to this model,teachers from universities and colleges can pick up and improve the capacity of communication through varieties of approaches,such as cognition of the identity,better the content,refinement of communication skills and the valuation of commutation effect. Finally,the quality of high education can be guaranteed by a better communication effect between teachers and students,which is satisfied the needs of modern information society.
