摘　　要：目的探讨建立适合我国国情的药房管理和服务模式。方法采用文献系统评价法评析我国医院药房管理和药学服务现状。结果与结论我国目前医院药房普遍存在制度不规范、管理不科学、药学服务人员整体素质不高等问题,提高管理水平、改进服务模式是改善医院药房现状的主要措施。Objective To explore and establish the suitable pharmacy management and service model for hospitals in China.M ethods The related literature published from 2005 to 2014 were retrieved and analyzed with content analysis.Results and Conclusion There are several problems in hospital pharmacies,including nonstandard regulation,unscientific management,and unqualified pharmacy staff.Improving the management level and pharmaceutical service model are the main measures to improve the present situation of hospital pharmacy.
