某妇幼保健院Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物预防应用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院近几年Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物预防应用合理性,为临床应用管理提供依据。方法对2011年至2014年出院的850例Ⅰ类切口手术病历围术期预防性用药情况进行分析。结果抗菌药物预防性使用率逐渐降至30%以下;使用品种主要以第2代头孢菌素类为主;首次给予抗菌药物时间多数为术后;总预防用药时间以超过24 h占多数。结论该院Ⅰ类切口围术期预防性用药率现已符合规定要求,但使用品种选择起点偏高,预防用药时机和总预防使用时间仍不符合有关规定。Objective To understand the perioperative preventive application of antibacterial drugs in type I incision operation in recent years in the hospital.Methods Totally 850 case files of patients with type I incision operation from 2011 to 2014 were analyzed.Results The utilization rate of preventive application of antibacterial drugs gradually reduced to less than 30%;the main varieties were the second generation cephalosporins;the first time that the patients were administered with antibacterial drugs was mostly after the operation;the total preventive medication time was mostly more than 24 h.Conclusion The utilization rate of preventive application of antibacterial drugs in the hospital had met the requirements,but the starting point of the varieties was still high,the time of preventive administration and the total medication preventive time doesn＇t comply with the relevant provisions.
