从神经语言学角度探析成人英语学习的优劣

摘  要:年龄对于外语学习的影响是神经语言学研究的内容之一,著名神经语言学研究者Fledge在上世纪提出的语言敏感期的假说(Sensitive Period)得到了语言学界的广泛认可。其认为,语言学习者在语言学习过程中拥有多个语言学习敏感期,每个敏感期的语言学习都各具优势。笔者对首都医科大学2015级护理专业专升本的成人学生进行了有关英语语音、词汇和语法的问卷调查和测试,从中找到了成人学生在以上诸方面的优劣势,并从神经语言学的角度对其中的原因进行了解释。The effect of age on foreign language learning is one of the focused research areas in neurolinguistics. Sensitive period hypothesis proposed by fledge in last century, a renowned neurolinguistist, has got wide recognition, which puts forward that there are more than one critical periods in language learning and each period is featured with different advantages. The author questionnaired the adult students majoring in nursing of 2015 of capital medical university in terms of English pronunciation learning, vocabulary learning and grammar learning and then tested them on such areas. After that, the author found out the advantages and disadvantages of the adults' learning in the three areas and unveiled the underlying reasons from the perspective of neurolinguistics.
