摘　　要：目的探讨长期服用精神科药物对患者血糖、血脂代谢的影响。方法针对住院的170例患者,病程5年以上,入院前无高血糖高血脂,服药3个月和半年后血糖、血脂的变化。结果长期服用精神科药物可导致患者血糖、血脂的升高,其中70例出现血脂代谢的异常,占41.12%,血糖代谢异常的38例,占22.35%。结论长期服用精神科药物引起患者糖脂代谢的紊乱。Objective To investigate the effect of long-term administration of mental medicine on blood glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods The chang in blood glucose and lipids in 3 moths and 6 moths after psychotropic drugs with 170 mental patients in our hospital, and the patients with chronic diseases such as 5 years, no high blood glucose and high blood lipid befor admission, Results The results showed that the increase of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with long term use of psychotropic drugs, the incidence of lipid metabolism was 70 cases, accounting for 41.12%. 38 patients of glucose metabolism were treated with 22.35%. Couelusiou The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism caused by long-term administration of psychotropic drugs.
