北京某社区卫生机构防保人员工作现状及需求定性研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京市社区卫生机构防保人员的工作现状及需求,为北京市政府制定及完善相关政策提供参考。方法 2015年9月,对北京市某社区的13名防保工作人员实施了专题小组访谈。讨论在社区会议室实施,时间约为2 h,通过计算机对访谈资料进行归类、总结。结果社区防保人员主要面临岗位分工不明确、人员配置不合理、重复培训多、工作量大、收入低下、个人防护不足等主要问题,并提出了解决建议。结论解决上述问题有利于提高社区公共卫生服务质量,为其他社区防保工作的有效开展提供借鉴。Objective To understand the working status and needs of preventive health care staffs in beijing community and provide references for improving relevant policies. Methods A focus group interview was conducted in September 2015, which interviewed 13 preventive health care staffs from the same community health service organization. The interview was hold in the conference room for about 2 hours. The data were analyzed by computer. Results The themes included ambiguous job duty, unreasonable allocation of human resources, repeated training, heavy workload, low income, and insuffcient personal protection. Furthermore, the respondents recommended how to resolve the above problems. Conclusion Resolving these problems can promote further the development of the preventive health care in community.
