基于榜样引领作用的产学合作教育学生价值观隐性教育模式研究

摘　　要：2004年中央16号文件指出:大学生是民族的希望,是祖国的未来,加强改进大学生的思想政治教育,具有重大而深远的战略意义。经历了十年发展,高等教育处在改革的新阶段,不论是在高校思想政治教育理论层面,还是在思想政治教育的实践上都取得了斐然的成绩。然而在看到现阶段高等教育思想政治教育工作所获得的系列成果同时,作为高校思想政治教育工作者还应该清楚地认识到,在市场经济社会环境下,受互联网、新媒体、自媒体、移动信息终端的影响,"90后"乃至"95后"大学生的思想政治教育工作正面临着一系列新问题的挑战。高校思想政治教育必须适应思想政治环境变化和大学生思想行为发展的需要,攻坚克难,提升育人实效性。本文立足在新时代特性及高等教育改革的背景之下,结合上海工程技术大学特色办学模式——产学合作教育育人模式,以隐性思想政治教育的方式,探索在产学合作教育育人过程中,榜样教育的优势以及对高校思想政治教育工作的推动作用。It is of great and profound strategic significance to enhance and improve the ideological and political education of college students. After ten years＇ development, higher education has achieved outstanding results. However, under the influence of the Internet, new media, we media and mobile information terminals,new problems and challenges are faced by the ideological and political education of ＂post- 90s＂ and even ＂post- 95s＂ college students. Based on the properties of the new era and the background of higher education reform, combined with production- study cooperative education mode, this paper explores the advantages of example education and its role in promoting college ideological and political education.
