摘　　要：随着网络媒体的快速发展,网络社交媒体在学生群体中的覆盖面越来越广。借助网络社交平台,可以实现学生之间的交流以及班级事务处理。班级作为高校教育管理工作的重要载体,加强班级凝聚力建设具有重要意义。本文分析了班级凝聚力和网络社交平台利用率之间的关系,发现利用网络社交平台,能够通过增加班级同学交流、建立资源共享平台、信息发布平台、增加活动参与度、形成永久班级等方式引导班级结构向网联型发展,增强班级凝聚力。With the rapid development of the network media, the spread of online social media has been broader and broader. By means of online social platforms, student-student communication and class affair treatment can be realized. The class is an important carrier for university education management, so it is of great significance to enhance class cohesion. This paper analyzes the relationship between class cohesion and the utilization rate of online social platforms, finding that the use of online social platforms can guide the network-based development of class structure and enhance class cohesion by enhancing student communication, establishing a resources sharing platform and information release platform, enhancing the participation in activities and forming a permanent class.
