摘　　要：种植体周围龈沟液与天然牙龈沟液的生物学特性相似,当种植体周围出现炎症时龈沟液量增多,其中多种炎性介质也相应增加,IL-8作为趋化因子家族中的成员,对炎症和免疫过程有重要的调节作用。本文就种植体周围龈沟液中IL-8水平的研究进展做一综述。The biological characteristic of the peri-implant crevicular fluid（PICF） is similar to the natural gingival crevicular fluid（GCF）, and with the amount of PICF increased, the inflammatory mediators content in it increased as well. As a member of the family of chemokines, interleukin-8（IL-8） plays an important role in the regulation of inflammation and immunity. In this paper, the research progress of the level of IL-8 in PICF is reviewd.
