山东省综合医院护士长个性特征与心理健康现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解山东省综合性医院护士长的个性特征与心理健康现状,并探讨综合性医院护士长个性特征对心理健康状况的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),对山东省2所三级甲等综合性医院的85名护士长进行调查及分析。结果:本组护士长SCL-90、EPQ与全国女性常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),47.0%护士长为外向型;SCL-90各维度与EPQ各维度均存在显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01),不同个性特征的护士长心理健康状况有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护士长心理健康状况需引起重视;护士长的个性特征对心理健康有重要影响,不同个性特征的护士长心理健康状况水平显著不同。Objective： To explore the personality traits and mental health status of nurses in general hospitals in Shandong Province and to discuss the influence of the personality traits on the mental health. Methods： The symptom Checklist-90（ SCL-90） and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（ EPQ） were used to investigate 85 head nurses of 2 general hospitals at the level of Grade III-A in Shandong province and the results were analyzed. Results： The differences in the comparison of the scores of SCL-90 and EPQ with the national female norm were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; 47. 0% of head nurses were extrovert; the dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with those of EPQ（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; the mental health status of head nurses with different personality traits had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The personality traits of the head nurses have important influence on their mental health. The mental health status of the head nurses with different personality traits is significantly different.
