摘 要:目的:了解山东省综合性医院护士长的个性特征与心理健康现状,并探讨综合性医院护士长个性特征对心理健康状况的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),对山东省2所三级甲等综合性医院的85名护士长进行调查及分析。结果:本组护士长SCL-90、EPQ与全国女性常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),47.0%护士长为外向型;SCL-90各维度与EPQ各维度均存在显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01),不同个性特征的护士长心理健康状况有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护士长心理健康状况需引起重视;护士长的个性特征对心理健康有重要影响,不同个性特征的护士长心理健康状况水平显著不同。Objective: To explore the personality traits and mental health status of nurses in general hospitals in Shandong Province and to discuss the influence of the personality traits on the mental health. Methods: The symptom Checklist-90( SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ) were used to investigate 85 head nurses of 2 general hospitals at the level of Grade III-A in Shandong province and the results were analyzed. Results: The differences in the comparison of the scores of SCL-90 and EPQ with the national female norm were statistically significant( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); 47. 0% of head nurses were extrovert; the dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with those of EPQ( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); the mental health status of head nurses with different personality traits had statistical significance( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The personality traits of the head nurses have important influence on their mental health. The mental health status of the head nurses with different personality traits is significantly different.
