摘　　要：目的评价产前检查免疫检验项目的临床价值及意义。方法收集在我院进行产前检查的150例孕产妇临床资料,并随机分为两组,对照组仅作常规检查,观察组在此基础上增加免疫检验项目检查,观察并比较两组分娩期间危险因素发生情况。结果观察组高危妊娠因素发生率为6.7%（5/75）,对照组高危妊娠相关因素发生率17.3%（17/75）,观察组低于对照组,χ^2=6.179,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论产前免疫检查有助于及时预判和纠正高危妊娠,从而减少影响分娩的危险因素,改善生育质量。Objective Evaluate the clinical value and significance of prenatal immune test items.Methods Collection150 cases of prenatal maternal clinical data in our hospital,and randomly were divided into two groups,the control group only for routine inspection,the observation group increased on the basis of the immune test items examined and compared the two groups was observed giving birth factors occurrence.Results High-risk pregnancy factors in the observation group was 6.7%（5/75） in the control group,the incidence of high-risk pregnancy related factors of 17.3%（17/75） in the observation group was lower than the control group,χ~2=6.179,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Immune timely prenatal checks help predict and correct high-risk pregnancy,thereby reducing the risk factors that affect delivery,improve reproductive quality.
