分析血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素6在早期感染诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的分析早期感染者应用血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素6诊断的效果。方法选取我院2013年4月-2015年4月收治的早期感染新生儿60例作为观察组,另外选取60例健康新生儿作为对照组,对其三个指标进行测定,对比两组测定结果。结果观察组的各项指标测定结果均高于对照组。结论三种指标应用在早期感染诊断中的效果显著,有利于提高早期感染的诊断率。Objective Analysis the significance of serum calcitonin original,hypersensitive c-reactive protein,interleukin 6 in diagnosis of early infection.Methods Selected 60 cases with early neonatal infection from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital as observation group,selected 60 cases of healthy newborn as control group,the three indexes were determined,compared two groups of measuring results.Results Each index determination results in observation group were higher than the control group.Conclusion The three indicators used in the diagnosis of early infection,to improve the early diagnostic rate of infection.
