3,3',5'-三碘甲腺原氨酸在甲状腺疾病诊断中的意义和临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨3,3',5'-三碘甲腺原氨酸(rT_3)在各种甲状腺疾病中的变化及临床诊断意义。方法入选我院收治的甲状腺疾病患者148例,在我院行健康体检的志愿者148例为对照组,所有入选者均进行rT_3、总T_3、总T_4检测。结果甲状腺机能亢进患者的各项指标均升高,T_3/rT_3比值低于健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rT_3对于各种甲状腺疾病的诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the 3,3＇,5＇- three iodine thyroid original ammonia acid（rT3） changes in a variety of thyroid diseases and its clinical significance.Methods Selected 148 patients with thyroid diseases,and 148 cases of healthy volunteers as control group.All the patients were selected for rT3,total T3 and total T4 test.Results The indexes of patients with hyperthyroidism were increased,the T3/rT3 ratio was lower than that of the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion rT3 has important significance in diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
