摘　　要：目的探讨256层螺旋CT尿路成像(CTU)在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾65例泌尿系结石患者,均在256螺旋CT机上进行了CTU检查,三维后处理。结果全部泌尿系结石的患者经CT尿路成像均得到正确的诊断,高于泌尿系结石的其他检查方法。结论 CTU是泌尿系结石诊断最有效的检查方法,在临床实践中,对于临床高度疑似泌尿系结石患者,应用其他影像学检查未能明确诊断时,可实施CTU检查,以明确诊断。Objective To evaluate the value of 256 slice spiral computer tomography urography（CTU） in the diagnosis of urinary calculus.Methods Retrospective analyzed 65 cases of urinary calculus which were used the 256 slice spiral CT examination,all images were reconstructed.Results The 65 cases with urinary calculus were accurate diagnosised by CTU examination which methed was better than other inspection methodsof urinary calculus.Conclusion CTU is the most effective method in which diagnosis urinary calculus.In the clinical practic.The patients in which were highly suspected with urinary calculus and in case of other imaging examination failed to clear diagnosis,they can implement the CTU examination in order to definitive diagnosis.
