鼻内镜下治疗鼻窦真菌病的临床应用意义探究

摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下辅助治疗鼻窦真菌病的临床应用价值。方法择取我院2012年5月-2014年12月收治的鼻窦真菌病患者60例作为研究对象,对其进行鼻内镜辅助治疗,探究其应用效果。结果经过临床治疗后发现,60例患者中41例治愈,16例有效,治疗总有效率为95.0%;比较治疗前后的症状积分差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论对鼻窦真菌病患者给予鼻内镜辅助治疗的应用效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,作为该类疾病优先考虑的治疗方案。Objective To explore the clinical application value of endoscopic assisted treatment of fungal diseases of the sinuses.Methods Selected 60 cases of paranasal sinuses mycosis from May 2012 to December 2014 year in our hospital as the object study,the underwent nasal endoscopic treatment,explore its application effect.Results After treatment,41 cases were cured,16 cases were cured in 60 cases,the total effective rate was 95.0%,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of nasal endoscope assisted treatment for the patients with sinus fungal disease is remarkable.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It can be used as the treatment plan of the priority of this kind of disease.
