56例踝关节骨折内固定治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析不同类型踝关节骨折内固定手术疗效。方法选取我院2012年9月-2015年6月踝关节骨折共56例患者,通过内固定手术,观察分析手术疗效并对治疗结果进行随访。结果优38例,良16例,一般2例,优良率96.4%,所有病例均未发生感染、骨折不愈合或畸形愈合等并发症。结论内固定是治疗踝关节骨折的有效方法,可有效恢复踝关节骨折的稳定性及关节面的平整,患者能及早行康复功能锻炼,促进恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective Study and analysis the effect of different types of ankle fractures internal fixation.Methods Selected 56 cases of ankle fracturesfrom September 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital,through internal fixation surgery,observated and analyzed of the efficacy of surgical treatment and follow-up.Results 38 cases were excellent,16 cases were excellent,2 cases were good,the excellent and good rate was 96.4%,all cases had no complications such as infection,nonunion or deformity.Conclusion Internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of ankle fracture,which can effectively restore stability and smooth the articular surface of the ankle fracture patients,and early rehabilitation training,and promote the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
