摘　　要：目的探讨分析不典型结核性脑膜炎临床诊断和治疗方式。方法根据2011年8月-2013年8月我院的71例不典型结核性脑膜炎患者进行研究,总结临床治疗和诊断结果。结果通过对脑脊液改变不典型患者进行治疗,共有68例患者的病情有所改善,临床存活率95.77%,临床死亡率4.23%。结论不典型结核性脑膜炎患者的临床风险程度比较高,应该有所警惕,尽快确诊患者的病情,积极提供治疗,有助于采取有效的治疗措施,提升临床治愈率,改善生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of atypical tuberculous meningitis.Methods Selected 71 cases of atypical tuberculous meningitis from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital as object studied,and the clinical treatment and diagnosis results were summarized.Results Patients were treated by the change of the cerebrospinal fluid,a total of 68 patients were improved,the clinical survival rate was 4.23%,the clinical death rate was 95.77%.Conclusion The clinical risk of atypical tuberculous meningitis patients is relatively high,it should be vigilant,to actively provide treatment,the patient＇s condition as soon as possible to help to take effective measures to improve the clinical cure rate,improve the quality of life of patients.
