赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪在中老年性高血压治疗中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪在老年高血压治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择轻中度中老年高血压患者89例,随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例。观察组给予赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗。治疗8周后比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组在服用药物后的舒张压及收缩压数值下降情况优于对照组,同时观察组治疗总有效率95.83%(23/24),高于对照组75%(18/24),两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组分别发生轻度不良反应3例和5例,观察组及对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论治疗轻中度老年高血压中赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片有较好的疗效,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects and safety of Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of senile hypertension.Methods Selected 89 cases with hypertension were divided into the observation group had 45 cases and the control group,the observation group were adopt the lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,the control group had 44 patients were adopt the valsartan,compared the security and curative effect of two groups after 8 weekends.Results The obseration group diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were decline better than the control group after took the drug,and the obsrevation group curative effect rate were 95.83%（23/24） higher than the control group 75%（18/24）,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）,the observation group and the control group respectively occur 3 cases and 5 cases of untoward effect,there were no statistically significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets effective in treatment of senile hypertension has good effect and higher security.
